How to eat an icicle!?
yes, yes some would think it is easy. well sure, and walking over hot coal is also.
The first rule is DO NOT HESITATE - you spot an icicle, you go for it!
Then you have to tongue test it! Do not confuse it for something it is not. Only a true ice based icicle is the real thing you are looking for.
If it is good, you would most likely be able to immediately tell. WHEN it is it!
